Service Description

Specifically designed for those going through a breakup or divorce. This package offers tailored life coaching and support to navigate through your emotions and rebuild your confidence after a relationship. This is a 4 session coaching package that will be held weekly; each session will last for one hour. There will be two complimentary follow up sessions after the four week coaching program is complete.
